Engine guide
Because the Cooper S and JCW share the BMW B48, they take a tune exactly like their BMW siblings — but in a much lighter front-drive chassis, so every extra Nm is felt instantly. Stage 1 sharpens throttle, fills in the mid-range and wakes up the gearbox, transforming how the car drives day to day.
We cover the F56 hatch, F55 5-door, F57 convertible, F54 Clubman and F60 Countryman in both Cooper S and JCW form. Each is calibrated to its exact variant and fuel from your datalogs rather than a generic file.
Stage 1 is software only and flashed remotely. Stage 2 adds breathing hardware for the bigger gains. We tune on Bootmod3, MHD or MG Flasher depending on the exact car and DME, and can tune the gearbox alongside on the auto cars.
