About this tune
The F32 / F33 / F36 435i (2013-2016) is the coupe, convertible and Gran Coupe variant of the N55, same engine, turbo, ECU and ZF 8HP gearbox as the 335i and M235i. Stock is 302 bhp / 400 Nm. Available as the F32 coupe, F33 convertible and F36 Gran Coupe. The GT-flavoured pick of the N55 family, sits between the 335i and the M235i in chassis personality, sharing the entire N55 hardware ceiling with both.
BMW 435i tuning
When BMW split its coupes into the 4 Series in 2013, the 435i became the grand-touring face of the N55 family — lower and sleeker in F32 coupe form, open-topped as the F33, and a four-door fastback as the F36 Gran Coupe. Sold until 2016, it draws owners who want long-distance manners with genuine pace, and who know the drivetrain is barely stretched as delivered.
Samuel's programme starts from the factory 302 bhp and 400 Nm. Stage 1, a calibration-only step at £400, brings the 435i to 380 bhp and 500 Nm; Stage 2 adds a downpipe, intake or panel filter and intercooler for 420 bhp and 550 Nm; and Stage 2+ with the B58 TU fuel pump reaches 440 bhp and 600 Nm. Every file is matched to your exact car rather than pulled off a shelf.
Should the coupe or Gran Coupe become a project car, the N55 underneath will follow it all the way to roughly 800 bhp via hybrid and full-frame turbo hardware. Nothing about the process needs a workshop visit: the calibration arrives in your bootmod3, MHD or MG Flasher account within 24 hours, flashes through the OBD port, and can be swapped back to the supplied factory file whenever required.

The F32 / F33 / F36 435i (2013-2016) is the coupe, convertible and Gran Coupe variant of the N55, same engine, turbo and ECU as the 335i, M235i and 535i. From the factory, BMW set the 435i at 302 bhp / 400 Nm; the hardware ceiling sits considerably higher and is shared across the N55 family. BMW 435i tuning with Samuel applies the same N55 Stage 1 / Stage 2 / Stage 2+ map family. BMW 435i F32 tuning, BMW 435i F33 tuning and BMW 435i F36 tuning use the same map.

No hardware required. The MEVD17 DME is flashed via the OBD port. BMW 435i Stage 1 unlocks 380 bhp and 500 Nm from the OEM hardware (up from 302 / 400 stock). The BMW 435i chip tuning starting point for almost every owner.
Every 435i tune Samuel produces is calibrated individually for the specific car, fuel grade and installed hardware, not a base map loaded and left. BMW 435i tuning done correctly accounts for the F32 / F33 / F36 body weights, the gearbox calibration and UK fuel quality; the map is reviewed against your data logs after the first flash and revised before sign-off.

FAQ
435i tuning — frequently asked questions
Peak output rises from 302 bhp and 400 Nm to 380 bhp and 500 Nm through calibration alone, and the whole character of the car tightens with it — quicker throttle, stronger pull from low revs, more urgency everywhere the pedal goes. It costs £400 and needs no hardware on the F32, F33 or F36.
They share the same engine, turbo and ECU, so the stage targets are identical across all three. What differs is your individual car — its fuel, mileage, region and fitted parts — and that is what Samuel calibrates for. Two 435is on the same stage still receive individually prepared files rather than one shared export.
It is one of the best-value routes there is. Depreciation has made every body style affordable, the N55 carries an 800 bhp hardware ceiling, and the ZF eight-speed handles staged power without drama. You get four-seat, long-distance usability while the build grows underneath — something dedicated sports cars at similar money rarely offer.
Stage 2 needs a downpipe, an intake or panel filter and an intercooler, and returns 420 bhp with 550 Nm. Stage 2+ adds the B58 TU fuel pump on top for 440 bhp and 600 Nm. From there, hybrid and full-frame turbo kits with port injection open up the big numbers, calibrated case by case.
That is the entire model. The file is written from your declared spec, delivered into bootmod3, MHD or MG Flasher within 24 hours, and flashed by you through the OBD port. Datalogs can be reviewed remotely afterwards, and the supplied stock calibration means the coupe, convertible or Gran Coupe can revert to factory whenever needed.
