Bootmod3 licence FAQ
What is a bootmod3 licence tied to?
A genuine bootmod3 licence is tied to your vehicle, identified by its VIN. The licence and the OTS maps are matched to your specific engine, so a B58 licence is not interchangeable with an N55 or N20 licence. Tell us your exact car and we will confirm the correct licence for your platform.
Can I transfer my bootmod3 licence to another car?
Because the licence is locked to a VIN, it generally stays with the vehicle rather than moving freely between cars. If you change cars, message us with both vehicles and we will tell you exactly what is and is not possible for your situation before you buy anything.
Is there a free or cracked bootmod3 licence?

Which engines can I buy a bootmod3 licence for?

Yes. A bootmod3 licence includes access to off-the-shelf maps for your engine, typically covering Stage 1 on stock hardware and Stage 2 with supporting modifications such as an upgraded intake or downpipe. We then review your logs and help you run the right map safely.
